An avid sports kid growing up, the weight room and gym first called to me when I wanted to lose weight (so I could keep up with my friends).
Strength played a huge role in helping me gain an advantage on the basketball court - conference title in HS and four years at a small college - and led to my study of Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
Fast forward twenty years...
Here we are. Still loving the gym, but helping others find their own strength through physical training and healthy eating.
